Executive Public Speaking Challenges (EPS)

Train in a group setting, refine your style through individual coaching, and consolidate your impact by taking on real communication challenges. This is a group program,limited to a maximum of 10 participants,designed for
executives who want to strengthen their oral communication skills through deliberate practice, peer comparison, and expert feedback.
The program combines structured learning and intensive training,alternating between
simulated environments and real executive-day scenarios to accelerate progress and embed a solid, effective, and distinctive communication style.
Key elements of the program:
▪ Five progressive speaking challenges,focused on different executive communication contexts and adapted to real-world business practices.
▪ Group sessions centered on technique, strategy, and impact criteria.
▪ Individual coaching sessions, aimed at refining personal style and addressing critical development
areas.
▪ Expert, actionable feedback, focused on concrete progress and transfer to the role.
▪ Practice in both simulated and real settings, reinforcing confidence and consistency.
The work applies to executive presentations, key meetings, idea advocacy, communication of complex decisions, and the management of demanding audiences.
Outcome: a clear and observable evolution in communication effectiveness, increased confidence in high-exposure situations, and an executive communication style that builds credibility and influence.
