Thank the workshop trainer who managed to change my concept of "boss." To be honest, I didn't have much confidence that a leadership program could offer me anything new after all the years I've been managing teams (more than 15). However, I must say that the tools we worked on will be very useful for me to tackle day-to-day challenges with my team.
