The Manager as Coach & Mentor programme is an advanced leadership development programme designed to help managers and senior leaders develop people and teams through brief, structured and highly effective coaching conversations, fully embedded in day-to-day management.

Based on the N.E.W.S.® Compass,an internationally proven methodology, the programme equips leaders with a coaching mindset, strong conversational skills and practical tools to accurately diagnose their team members’ needs and act with sound judgement in contexts of change, pressure and complexity.

Participants learn and practise ten types of leadership conversations, using the structured CO.M.P.ACT modelwhich ensures clear, balanced and action-oriented conversations in both formal and informal settings.
