Become a Leader is an executive development programme designed for managers and leaders who want to practise effective, human and coherent leadership—capable of delivering sustainable results without losing their identity or damaging professional relationships.
The programme is based on the books “Leading without getting in the way” and “Leading without losing your identity”, and draws on years of experience working with executives in complex, demanding and constantly evolving environments.
