What I value most about Become a Leader is that it doesn’t tell you who you should become, but helps you lead better from who you already are. The program provided us with method, a shared language, and clear criteria to address difficult conversations, mistakes, and unpopular decisions without losing authority or closeness. The impact on my team was immediate: greater accountability, fewer excuses, and a far more mature working climate.
