Organizational Navigation is a structured and highly practical strategic navigation process designed for executive teams operating in rapidly changing market conditions. When environments shift, leadership teams must regularly reassess and realign the organization as a whole — failing to do so in time often leads to stagnation.
Based on the N.E.W.S.® Compass,®, Organizational Navigation is a two-day strategic event for executive teams that provides clarity, focus and shared direction. During the process, the leadership team works together to define the organization’s next strategic phase, align priorities and establish critical goals.
The event is followed by quarterly review sessions, to ensure disciplined execution, strategic coherence and sustained progress toward the agreed objectives.
