This workshop is based on a methodology (7 steps) and tools oriented to improve our ability to solve problems and make decisions.
Through a business simulator, participants learn to evaluate alternative solutions in order to adopt the best possible decision, implementing and communicating the proper actions so that the solution is carried out in the defined time and manner.

 

This is a very practical and experiential workshop where everyone learns by applying the method to a real case.
