For many reasons, there are professionals working for some organizations that cannot participate in workshops. Thus, we work with them in a individualised development plans upon his/her improvement areas.
The mentor assigned will make questions and suggestions to facilitate the mentored become aware of a larger number of alternatives for action. Performance improvement take place as soon as we enhance our current options and generate new answers. Everything based on questions and feedback but not assessing.
This working process is done either face-to-face or by phone.
