Effective Decision Making

This workshop lead participants to practice decision making process onto a “6 steps” methodology by using and exercising several tools that help them to improve their problem-solving skills and the way they make choices.

Though a business simulator, attendees have the opportunity to learn how to evaluate different alternatives in order to take the best possible solution, implement it and communicating the corresponding actions to carry it out on time and correctly.

This is a very practical and experiential workshop where people learn by applying the method on a real business case.
