About Dealing with People
Born in 2005, Dealing with People was set up by experienced executives coming from multinational companies working in human resources, sales and marketing, and general management. Our eagerness, implication, and professional commitment was to build up a different entrepreneurial project aimed at training and developing managerial skills of professionals.
Our focus is on training managerial skills and thanks to having worked for more than 70 companies, we are proud of having generated our own methodology that ensure the progress and learning of new behaviours that help professionals tackling their daily challenges.

This workshop has been a hands-on training and focus on providing techniques that can be applied immediately in our financial reporting. I’d like to stress that we were a diverse group of attendees coming from different areas and we all got tools adapted to our needs thanks to the trainer versatility towards each one.

Rafiki Bora foundation main goal is to provide children and young Kenyan people with student scholarships. Additionally, Rafiki Bora will cover medical, living and transportation expenses when necessary.

This Foundation mission is to work for the rights of persons with intellectual disability and their participation in our society. This Foundation count on several production activities, the profits from which are invested back into expanding their staff: occupation centre for disabled people, Huerta de Montecarmelo (vegetables gardening), print shop, candy workshop, cars wash, handicrafts and fashion accessories, flower arranging, furniture factory.
