About Dealing with People

Born in 2005, Dealing with People was set up by experienced executives coming from multinational companies working in human resources, sales and marketing, and general management. Our eagerness, implication, and professional commitment was to build up a different entrepreneurial project aimed at training and developing managerial skills of professionals.
Our focus is on training managerial skills and thanks to having worked for more than 70 companies, we are proud of having generated our own methodology that ensure the progress and learning of new behaviours that help professionals tackling their daily challenges.

3i Methodology

Our 3i methodology starts with an individual meeting with each participant, by creating a climate of confidence, getting their motivation to improve and develop those skills that will be trained afterwards.
In the school room, in a practical and dynamic way, participants will work out some tools that will definitively help them to deal with those challenges arising at work.
Our consultants are skilled in the use of the latest and more efficient teaching techniques in order to tackle the learning challenge: visual thinking, Lego Serious Play, systemic leadership, Playmobil, coaching, Neuland, agile, design thinking, discussion panels, role- play, simulators, business cases, flipped classroom, gamification, etc.
Subsequent individual mentoring sessions help to strength on-the-job participants’ learning. During the project life, mentored people will count on the assigned mentor support to tackle any hurdle and encourage them to mainstream new behaviours.
One of the key differentiators between Dealing with People and other training consultants is our willingness to roll up our sleeves and get the job done. Our consultants are experienced in managing and executing projects.

RAFIKI BORA

Rafiki Bora foundation main goal is to provide children and young Kenyan people with student scholarships. Additionally, Rafiki Bora will cover medical, living and transportation expenses when necessary.
The purpose of this foundation is equipping some children living under hard conditions with basic and good education by bearing the cost of their access to formal school helping them to build a better future.

This Foundation mission is to work for the rights of persons with intellectual disability and their participation in our society. This Foundation count on several production activities, the profits from which are invested back into expanding their staff: occupation centre for disabled people, Huerta de Montecarmelo (vegetables gardening), print shop, candy workshop, cars wash, handicrafts and fashion accessories, flower arranging, furniture factory.
